STATUS GUIDE

Order on Hold: Your order has been put on hold until further notice.

Pending Payment: Awaiting payment. Items are reserved for you for 3 banking days.

Processing: Your payment has been received and being processed for shipping.

Completed: Your package is complete and has been forwarded to the courier. Shipping details has been emailed to you with the subject: “Your Littlest Setter order from (date) is complete.”

Failed: Your payment was not received after 2 banking days and order has been automatically cancelled.

Cancelled: Order has been cancelled as per client request.

Refunded: Items has been returned and payment refunded.

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY STATUS

Please refer to the email notification we sent you with the subject: “Your Littlest Setter order from (date) is complete.” to get the tracking details.
